Scope and contact

This policy covers zombiecouplevideo.xyz. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, open a support ticket. Identify the account and relevant task or order. Never send passwords or complete card details.

Data and purposes

We process account names and email addresses, uploaded photos, selected effects and settings, generated videos, provider task references and status, credit and order records, support messages, and technical information needed for security, such as request time, IP address and browser information.

We use data to authenticate accounts, generate and deliver videos, maintain task history, calculate credits, process payments, investigate failures or abuse, respond to requests, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Where applicable, processing relies on providing the requested service, legitimate operational and security interests, consent, or a legal obligation.

Photos may reveal personal characteristics. Only upload photos you have the right to use, with the agreement of every person shown. The service is intended for adults.

Providers and transfers

APIMart receives the reference images or accessible image URLs and generation instructions needed for your video. Its downstream model providers may also process those inputs. See APIMart's privacy policy.

Waffo handles checkout and payment details entered into its payment interface. We retain transaction references, status and purchase records needed for your account. See Waffo's privacy policy.

Hosting, database, object storage and content delivery providers store or deliver service data. Processing may occur outside your country. We do not promise provider retention periods or training restrictions that their applicable terms do not provide.

Private media storage

Uploaded photos and successfully archived videos are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. We give APIMart signed photo links valid for up to 24 hours. Anyone holding a valid link can access the available photo without signing in; link expiry does not delete the stored file. Playback and downloads of our private video archives require account authorization. If archiving is pending or fails, we may instead provide a temporary video link from the generation provider. Anyone holding that link may access it under the provider’s access rules without signing in to this site.

Deleting a completed task removes its tracked source photos and archived output from our storage before hiding the task. Deletion does not retrieve files already downloaded or remove copies held by third parties. Provider copies, backups, and uploads not attached to a task may require separate cleanup.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support sign-in, language preferences and security. Optional analytics, if enabled, may record page visits and product actions. Where consent controls are shown, use them to manage optional tracking. Product events must not contain photo contents, passwords or payment credentials.

When optional purchase analytics is allowed, it may include the server-confirmed amount, currency, product and order reference. These product events do not include uploaded photo contents, names, email addresses or payment credentials.

Retention and your requests

Account, task, media and transaction data are retained as needed for the service and applicable operational or legal requirements. We do not promise automatic deletion of all files after a fixed number of days. Download finished work you wish to keep.

Request access, correction, export or deletion through support. We may verify account ownership. Some records may remain for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes or legal duties; provider copies and backups may follow separate processes. We will explain relevant limitations when handling your request.

Security and changes

Access controls and transport protection help protect data, but no online service is risk-free. Do not upload material you cannot share with the generation providers described above. Material changes will update this page's date and, where appropriate, be communicated in the service.
