Terms of Service

Service and eligibility

zombiecouplevideo.xyz offers a photo-to-video workflow for fictional zombie stories. Using it means accepting these terms. You must be an adult with capacity to enter this agreement. The site is independent of zombievideo.org and the social platforms where you may share a result.

Accounts and permissions

Protect your credentials and contact support about unauthorized access. Only upload images you have the right to use, with every depicted person's agreement to the intended transformation and publication.

Do not use the service for impersonation, deception about real events, harassment, sexual exploitation, graphic abuse, unlawful material, or infringement of privacy or intellectual property. Do not use children in adult zombie stories, circumvent access restrictions, interfere with systems, or access another account's files.

Generation and results

AI results vary. We do not promise exact facial identity, a specific scene sequence, completion time, social reach, or error-free output. A queued or processing task is not a confirmed failure. Review videos before sharing and follow current platform rules for synthetic media and music.

Providers may reject requests under their rules. Available models, formats and durations are those shown in the studio. Guides, samples and prompts are illustrative, not guaranteed outcomes.

Content rights

You retain the rights you already have in your inputs. You authorize the service and necessary providers to process, store and transmit inputs and outputs to deliver your request and handle support or safety issues. This gives no rights to another person's likeness, images, music or trademarks. Protection and permitted uses of AI outputs may depend on applicable law and provider terms.

Credits and payments

Review price, currency, included credits and any expiry or renewal terms before checkout. Generation costs depend on selected settings and are shown before submission. Waffo processes supported payments. Never send payment credentials to support.

If a recurring plan is offered, renewal and cancellation terms must appear at purchase. Do not assume account closure cancels an external recurring payment. Read the refund policy for failed tasks and purchase disputes.

Availability and your rights

We may restrict abuse, security risks or violations, and change or suspend features when necessary. Contact support to request a review. We aim to resolve issues reasonably; nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Material changes will receive appropriate notice and a revised date. Data handling is described in the privacy policy.
